    Payment Terms

    Because of the custom nature of our product, we require full payment by credit card at the time you place your order.

    Changes To Your Order

    We hold orders for 24 hours before they enter the production queue in case you need to change any information. No exceptions please.


    Frames usually ship within 5 business days via FedEx Ground from our facility at 28270.

    Whoops Policy

    We all make the occasional mistake. If it's our mistake, we will correct it as quickly as possible. If you make a mistake, for example, a transpose of measurement numbers, we are here to help. We will discount a replacement frame at 20% off your trade price.

    Cancellations and Returns

    You may cancel your order via email or phone with full refund within 24 hours from when you placed the order. Cancellations after 24 hours are not guaranteed, but will be honored if we have not processed the order. Due to the custom nature of the frame, frames are not returnable.

    Damages: Open Your Package and Inspect it Promptly

    We carefully inspect each frame individually before it leaves the shop, but in the rare instance a defect is noted, please notify us within two business days to request a replacement frame (if an item has been discontinued, we cannot guarantee an exact replacement.) If the outside of your box is also damaged, please notify us of this as well. We ask that you retain the damaged box and packing materials for 15 days during the time that we report the damage to FedEx.
