Ground Shipping option- Frames usually ship within 7 business days (except during sales) via FedEx Ground from our facility in Charlotte, NC.

Second Day Air Option - We hold all orders for 24 hours to allow for changes or cancellations. We ship on second business day. Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders will ship on Tuesday. Monday orders will ship on Wednesday, etc. Not available for areas outside the contiguous United States.

Canadian shipping charges include all brokerage fees, duties and taxes.

Sample Chops
- Samples chops are $1 per sample ordered and usually ship within 2 business days via US Postal Service.
- Ground shipping is free.
- Second Day Air Option - We can ship in 1 business day within the Continental United States. Cost is $12 for every 3 sample chops.
$12.00 for up to 3 samples, $24.00 for 4-6 samples, etc.
How We Price Our Shipping Costs
Our shipping rates include only the direct shipping cost charged by our carrier -- and most of the time, we charge you less. On boxes over 96”, FedEx also charges us oversize handling fees.
