Shipping & Returns

Ground Shipping:
- Frames usually ship within 7 business days (except during sales) via FedEx Ground from our facility in Charlotte, NC.
Second Day Air
- We hold all orders for 24 hours to allow for changes or cancellations.
- These orders go to the front of our production line. They are typically shipped on the second business day via FedEx 2-Day Air. While the shipping is expedited, unfortunately FedEx is not currently guaranteeing delivery date.
- Not available for areas outside the contiguous United States.

Lovely bathroom frame!
Beautiful high quality frame! I had to reinforce edges with flat metal connectors because the frame is so large. Beautiful addition to the master bathroom!

This frame was for my
This frame was for my master bathroom. I had already used Mirrormate for our hall bathroom; but needed a creamy white. I fell in love with the sample…(even though I felt it might be too much frame)…it wasn’t! Simply beautiful!!!
