This Texas home was built in 2010 and skewed traditional, with dark cabinetry, flooring and outdated finishes. Urbane Design, a full-service interior design firm in Austin, Texas was tapped to create a space that was a better reflection of the client - with a more modern aesthetic.
Interior Designer Jennifer Love, Allied ASID and Principal of Urbane Design explains how they went about achieving their client's goals.
"We left the cabinets and mirrors in place, replaced the door fronts on the cabinets and painted them," said Love. "We added new countertops, plumbing fixtures, hardware, lighting, mirror frames, new tub, marble floors and a 3D tile on the tub and shower surround."
