- We hold all orders for 24 hours to allow for changes or cancellations.
- These orders go to the front of our production line. They are typically shipped on the second business day via FedEx 2-Day Air. While the shipping is expedited, unfortunately FedEx is not currently guaranteeing delivery date.

First of all, I want to say that Mirror Mate’s customer service is incredibly helpful, responsive and understanding. One of the frames I bought was damaged during shipment and they replaced it right away. The frame looks amazing in my bathroom and makes a world of difference. The only thing I would improve is the type of tape they use for the frame to stick to the mirror. We had to get a replacement kit because they weren’t sticking the first time. Overall, great product and great customer service!
