We at MirrorMate are grateful we have been able to serve you throughout this strange and difficult time and are now fully operating in the new normal. Our office staff are mostly working from home and our shop personnel are spread a safe distance apart.
For North Carolina’s Phase II, here is how we are operating:
- We continue to produce frames within our normally quick turnaround time. Our suppliers (and their suppliers) are in various stages of re-opening, and as a result you may see some styles listed as out of stock in the short-term as they work to get back up and running. Our customer service specialists will call you if any items in your order become back-ordered and will provide you with options and ETA.
- Our customer service specialists are available to you via phone, email and e-chat. I know they would love to hear from you.
- If you live in or near Charlotte and want to pick up your frame order, please pull your car around to the ramp at the back of our facility and give a honk. (It has a big window!) Our staff will bring the frame out to you and load it up.
- You may call us to make an appointment or simply stop by our Charlotte showroom and offices or for free samples and to see how the product works. The door will be locked, so give us a call at 704-814-0855 when you show up and we will come let you in. Per the Governor's order, you will need to wear a mask. We will happily give you one.
