While MirrorMate frames have been used in hotels, by designers and in homes for years, we’re just starting to add apartments to that list as well. Lisa, the president of MirrorMate, and I were recently in Boston for the National Apartment Association trade show, where anything an apartment building owner or developer might need to build, furnish, update and lease an apartment was on hand. Since the addition of a MirrorMate frame can update a bathroom in a matter of minutes, and greatly add value to a unit with little expense, it was a great concept to share with all those in attendance. So many owners of multiple units told us about their issues of de-silvering mirrors, where the edges are turning black and the mirrors are looking dated…something that can happen to any older mirror. It was fun to show them how the frame can just cover that right up and save you from taking down and throwing away a perfectly good mirror. Everyone loves an eco-friendly, affordable solution.
